Within our quality processes we have stipulated that in each job the client responds with a score from (1 to 5), where (1) is the lowest and (5) the highest, on the quality of the work received. With this data we obtain the quality ratio.
Currently, the 2023 quality RATIO (QR) in our jobs reaches (4,8).
